Phil Aldrich leads LLF Lawyers’ Residential Real Estate practice, focusing on purchases, sales, and mortgage financing for single-family homes, recreational properties, condominiums, and multi-unit dwellings. In addition to residential transactions, Phil’s practice includes commercial real estate and condominium development, where he provides practical, detail-oriented advice to help clients navigate complex property and financing matters with confidence.
