Jim Baird
Jim provides clients with a distinct advantage through his extensive knowledge in municipal and land use planning law, real estate law, and wills & estates.
A graduate of New England Law | Boston, Jim began his legal career with Howell Fleming LLP in Peterborough in 2009 before joining LLF Lawyers in 2012. He became a Partner of the firm in 2019.
Jim’s practice encompasses all areas of real estate law, including residential and commercial transactions, as well as municipal law. He works with a wide range of clients and local government authorities, offering guidance on property purchases and sales, financing, land development, and severances.
