Joseph Doris

Joseph’s practice focuses on general civil litigation, with an emphasis on real property disputes, construction litigation (including liens), and municipal law.

He has extensive experience navigating all stages of the civil litigation process and has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, Divisional Court, and the Licence Appeal Tribunal.

In law school, Joseph served as a judicial law clerk to the Ontario Court of Justice, where he assisted judges with trials and appeals – an experience that provided him with valuable insight into the judicial decision-making process.
