Le Nguyen
With over 20 years of legal experience, Le brings extensive expertise in secured financings, cross-border mergers and acquisitions, tax plan implementation, and corporate structuring.
Before joining LLF Lawyers in 2013, Le practiced corporate and commercial law at an international firm and served as in-house counsel for a Canadian chartered bank and a start-up biotech company. She has advised financial institutions, multinational corporations, and small and medium-sized enterprises on a wide range of complex transactions.
At LLF Lawyers, Le is a valued member of the Business and Not-for-Profit team. She represents clients in financings, business purchases and sales, and succession planning. Clients appreciate her practical approach to problem-solving and her ability to deliver effective, results-oriented solutions.
